Kyle Twa
Kyle Twa got his start in the energy sector in 1993. Throughout his 24 year career, Kyle has held various positions related to field construction and field optimization. His broad range of experience ranges from management of extensive production equipment fleets to design and commissioning of production facilities.
In 2002, Kyle founded Gasfield Energy Services, a company focussed on the operation and maintenance of rotating production equipment and facilities. After expansion throughout western Canada the company was sold in 2009 to an Alberta based compression packager.

Trevor Elgar
Over the past ten years, Trevor has held various business development and technical sales roles at Exterran, Enerflex and Bidell Gas Compression. Highlights of his career so far include the management of 60 rental compressors, totalling 40 thousand horse power, and direct involvement in the monetization of over $40 million dollars in surplus production equipment.
In 2013, Trevor obtained his MBA from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, specializing in Global Energy.

Jay Formenti
Jay started in the Oil and Gas Industry in 2004 working in sales for a number of pipeline and facility construction companies. From there, he’s held various positions in Business Development in the construction and drilling field, however, has focused on the production side over the past 8 years.
During his latest role with Ironline Compression, as Director of Business Development, he helped transition Exterran's Canadian Asset from a US publicly traded company to a US based Private Equity Firm. His day-to-day role with Ironline Compression included managing their active and idle compression assets, actively selling both rental and sales into the Canadian and US market and developing their sales and marketing plan.
